The best Fullpath alternatives for car dealerships in 2026

Fullpath became part of Cox Automotive on June 1, 2026. If that has you reviewing vendors, here is how Fullpath compares with DealFlo and four other dealer AI platforms, sourced to each company's own pages.

The short answer

The right Fullpath alternative depends on which part of Fullpath you use. For AI lead handling, DealFlo answers new leads in under 30 seconds and grades every rep call, while Fullpath's own page promises first contact "within 10 minutes" and its help center marks AI lead handling as supported only on VinSolutions. For one AI platform across sales, service and marketing with deep OEM co-op coverage, Impel is the closest match, and Matador AI fits stores that want AI agents across text, chat and phone. DealFlo is a lead-handling system, not a customer data platform or ad platform, so a store that relies on Fullpath's data and advertising can keep it and run DealFlo alongside.

Why dealers look for a Fullpath alternative

Fullpath is a strong data and marketing platform. The reasons stores compare it come from its own pages and from its new owner's announcements.

A new owner

Cox Automotive agreed to buy 100% of Fullpath on April 23, 2026 (PR Newswire) and completed the deal on June 1, 2026, when it began combining Fullpath's CDP with Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book data (Cox Automotive). The announcement quotes Fullpath's CEO: "For existing Fullpath clients, the same team, products, and service levels remain in place." A change of owner is still a sensible time to reread your agreement and compare options.

Up to 10 minutes to first contact

Fullpath's lead handling page says "Your AI agent reaches out to fresh leads within 10 minutes". Riley answers in under 30 seconds, day or night. Our lead response time guide covers the research and the benchmarks.

AI lead handling is marked for VinSolutions only

In Fullpath's Supported CRMs table, updated September 16, 2026, "Lead Handling Support" is checked only for VinSolutions. DriveCentric, DealerSocket, Tekion, Reynolds and Reynolds, CDK and the rest are listed without it. DealFlo takes leads by ADF from any CRM and is two-way with VinSolutions.

Your reps' phone calls

Fullpath's Voice Agent records the calls it answers "If enabled," and tracked calls can flow in from Car Wars, CallRevu or Invoca (Car Wars integration). We found no Fullpath page on grading or coaching your salespeople's own calls. DealFlo records, transcribes and grades every rep call.

Prices and terms are private

Fullpath publishes no prices, and its legal and trust page holds website terms, a privacy policy and a DPA rather than customer terms. Its billing FAQ sends invoices to "the billing contact provided on your contract" on Net 10 terms, so your term and notice window live in that contract.

DealFlo vs Fullpath at a glance

The two overlap on AI lead handling and little else. Fullpath is a customer data platform with advertising, website chat, a voice agent and AI agents built on that data. DealFlo is a lead-handling system: instant response, follow-up for up to three years, every rep call graded, and personalized rep video.

Where they overlap, the differences are speed (under 30 seconds against "within 10 minutes"), CRM coverage (ADF from any CRM plus two-way VinSolutions, against AI lead handling marked for VinSolutions only) and call coaching. Fullpath has an AI voice agent; DealFlo does not.

The best Fullpath alternatives

Listed by how well each fits a store moving off Fullpath's AI lead handling. DealFlo is our product, so hold its entry to the same standard as the rest.

1. DealFlo

Best for: Stores that want instant lead response and every rep call graded

Riley, DealFlo's AI agent, answers new leads by text and email in under 30 seconds, opens differently for KBB, CarGurus, Autotrader and other sources, and follows up for up to three years. Every rep call is recorded, transcribed and graded, and the notes write themselves into the CRM. DealFlo is a certified Cox Automotive partner with a two-way VinSolutions integration and takes ADF leads from any CRM.

Strengths

  • Under 30 seconds to first response, day or night
  • Every rep call graded with a rapport score; voicemails graded too
  • Works the database: dead leads, equity, lease-end and buyback
  • Month-to-month with no minimum term

Watch-outs

  • No AI voice agent; calls ring your reps
  • Not a customer data platform or ad platform
  • Not in OEM co-op programs, and pricing is not published

2. Impel

Visit site

Best for: Franchise groups that want one AI platform across sales, service and marketing

Impel runs sales, service, chat, marketing and merchandising AI, and its Marketing AI runs equity campaigns (Marketing AI). Its co-op coverage is deep: at FordDirect stores its Sales, Chat, Service and Voice AI are "100% co-op eligible," and its GM DDS Chat AI is "50% co-op eligible and iMR Turnkey approved" (OEM programs).

Strengths

  • Breadth across sales, service, marketing and merchandising
  • Deep OEM co-op coverage, including FordDirect, Stellantis and GM
  • Service Voice AI that answers calls live

Watch-outs

  • Auto-renews at then-current prices unless cancelled 90 days ahead
  • Bars rival full-suite vendors for 90 days after the term
  • Moving conversation data out can cost at least 3x the monthly fees

3. Matador AI

Visit site

Best for: Stores that want AI agents across text, chat and phone

Matador runs five AI agents across text, email, chat, Instagram and phone and says every lead is "answered in 30 seconds" (matador.ai). At Stellantis stores five of its AI products are 100% co-op eligible, and "Co-op reimbursement is subject to dealer fund availability" (announcement).

Strengths

  • Call AI answers inbound, overflow and after-hours calls
  • Stellantis co-op, plus Nissan, Honda and Acura program listings
  • Rep video messaging inside the conversation

Watch-outs

  • Term set in the order form; auto-renews unless you give 30 days' written notice
  • Follow-up runs up to about 180 days, per its own FAQ
  • No price list on its site

4. Podium

Visit site

Best for: Stores that want messaging, reviews and an AI agent for the GM

Podium's Jerry works sales and service leads across text, webchat, social and email, and Operator, "the agent built for the GM", surfaces insights and acts on dealership data after approval (Podium automotive). Marketing AI add-ons run trade-in, lease-renewal and warranty-expiration campaigns (plans).

Strengths

  • Texting, phones, webchat, reviews and payments on one platform
  • Marketing AI for trade-in, lease-renewal and warranty campaigns
  • In FordDirect's program since August 2025

Watch-outs

  • Default 12-month term that auto-renews, paid annually in advance
  • No early exit: the full term's fees stay owed
  • Pricing is quote-only

5. Conversica

Visit site

Best for: Groups that want AI outreach built on equity, lease and service data

Conversica's automotive AI agents hold 24/7 conversations by email, text and chat "in multiple languages" (automotive). Ignite, launched July 26, 2026, pulls sales, service and conversation data together and surfaces owners "nearing equity or lease milestones," declined service and likely repeat buyers (Ignite).

Strengths

  • Ignite finds equity, lease, declined-service and repeat-buyer opportunities
  • Email, text and chat conversations in multiple languages
  • Integrates with DealerSocket, CDK and VinSolutions

Watch-outs

  • Auto-renews at then-current rates; 60 days' written notice to leave
  • Texting a new lead first needs a separate SMS First addendum
  • No phone or video product found on its site

Where Fullpath still wins

Fullpath is strong in areas DealFlo does not cover, and it is fair to say so.

  • Data. Fullpath is a customer data platform first. Its January 2026 release says the CDP "currently serves 10% of the North American automotive market" (PR Newswire), and Cox is now combining it with Autotrader and Kelley Blue Book data.
  • Advertising. Search, social, display, VIN-specific, Amazon and OTT campaigns run from the same data (Fullpath).
  • OEM co-op. Fullpath says its Stellantis-certified solutions are "100% co-op (T3AC) eligible" (Stellantis), it is an approved turnkey provider for GM In-Market Retail funds (GM), and it lists Nissan, Honda, Acura, Subaru, Mazda, Porsche, JLR and Maserati programs (OEM programs). DealFlo is in no OEM co-op program.
  • An AI voice agent. Fullpath's Voice Agent answers sales and service calls, searches live inventory and books appointments on the call. DealFlo has no AI voice agent.
  • Breadth and scale. Fullpath lists more than 200 pre-built integrations and says it is trusted by 2,000+ dealers across North America.

Who should stay on Fullpath

Stores and groups that run advertising and audience campaigns from the CDP, and Stellantis or GM stores paying for it with co-op funds. If Fullpath's data layer is working, the simpler move may be to keep it and add a dedicated follow-up and call-coaching layer beside it; DealFlo runs alongside the tools a store already uses.

How to switch from Fullpath without losing a lead

  1. Read your contract. Fullpath does not publish customer terms, so your signed contract sets the term, renewal and notice window. If you buy VINs Acceleration, its billing runs "until such billing is cancelled by the Customer" per the billing FAQ, so cancel it as its own line item.
  2. Give notice in writing as your contract requires, and ask Fullpath in writing how to export your customer data and conversation history before the end date.
  3. Run DealFlo alongside. DealFlo is month-to-month and runs next to your current tools. Fullpath's lead handling can exclude specific lead sources from its agent; exclude each source you move so no customer hears from two AIs.
  4. Repoint lead routing. Forward ADF lead sources to DealFlo, or connect VinSolutions through DealFlo's two-way integration.
  5. Bring over aged leads. Load unsold and dead leads, with their opt-out and DNC status, into DealFlo for reactivation. DealFlo checks both before every message.
  6. Set up call grading so every rep call is recorded, transcribed and graded from the first day.
  7. Cut over when your Fullpath term ends, keeping any Fullpath products you still want.

How we compared

We read Fullpath's own pages in September 2026: the homepage, the lead handling, text marketing and chat pages, the OEM program pages, its help center articles on supported CRMs, the Voice Agent, CRM settings, call tracking and billing, and Cox Automotive's acquisition announcements. Fullpath's Capterra listing had no reviews, so this page quotes none. Other vendors' details come from their own sites and terms, listed under Sources.

DealFlo wrote this page, and DealFlo's entries describe our product as it runs today. DealFlo is a certified Cox Automotive partner, and Cox now owns Fullpath. "Not published" in the table means the vendor does not document that item publicly; it may still exist. If anything here is wrong or out of date, contact us and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

Is Fullpath owned by Cox Automotive?

Yes. Cox Automotive announced an agreement to acquire 100% of Fullpath on April 23, 2026 and completed it on June 1, 2026. Its announcement says the same team, products and service levels remain in place for existing clients.

Is Fullpath month-to-month?

Fullpath does not publish its customer terms. Its billing FAQ refers to your contract and Net 10 payment, so the term, renewal and notice window are in your signed agreement.

How much does Fullpath cost?

Fullpath does not publish prices, and its Capterra listing says "Contact vendor." We found no reliable third-party figures, so ask for a written quote.

Does Fullpath grade my salespeople's phone calls?

We found no page describing it. Fullpath's Voice Agent records the calls it answers if recording is enabled, and tracked calls can come in from Car Wars, CallRevu or Invoca. DealFlo records, transcribes and grades every rep call.

Can DealFlo run alongside Fullpath?

Yes. DealFlo is month-to-month and runs next to existing tools, so a store can keep Fullpath for data and advertising and use DealFlo for lead response, follow-up and call grading. Exclude the moved lead sources from Fullpath's agent so customers hear from one AI.

Does DealFlo have an AI voice agent?

No. Calls ring your reps, and DealFlo records, grades and coaches them. Fullpath does offer an AI Voice Agent for sales and service calls.
