The best CallRevu alternatives for car dealerships in 2026

CallRevu has grown into a full dealership communications stack: phones, call tracking, AI scoring, coaching and lead response. If you want a different mix, a different contract or coaching tied to your lead follow-up, here is what else is out there.

The short answer

Car Wars is the most direct CallRevu alternative: another call tracking platform built for dealers, with a Mystery Shop Scorecard on every call, an AI receptionist for service and a long list of CRM integrations. Marchex and Invoca suit groups that mostly want call attribution and analytics, and TECOBI suits stores that want call scorecards beside AI texting at published, month-to-month prices. DealFlo suits stores that want every rep call graded and coached inside the same system that answers leads in under 30 seconds and follows up for up to three years. Before you renew, weigh CallRevu's auto-renewing terms (60 days' written notice), its newest AI being built into its own hosted phone system, and prices it does not publish.

Why dealers look for a CallRevu alternative

CallRevu, based in Towson, Maryland, says it is "Trusted by over 5,000 dealerships" (CallRevu), and its Optimize page reports "14M calls monitored monthly." It has grown partly by acquisition, buying TotalCX in 2024 and Calldrip in 2026. It is a serious platform. These are the points to weigh before you renew.

  • Terms auto-renew with 60 days' notice. CallRevu's terms of service (last updated June 2025) say: "The Initial Term and each applicable Renewal Term shall automatically renew unless terminated upon written notice to the other party a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term." The initial term itself is set in a Services Agreement that is not public, and the terms for its TotalCX phone service mention "any early termination charge" (TotalCX terms).
  • Data access depends on good standing. The same terms say recordings, call log entries and reporting are available "So long as the Customer's account is in good standing." Export what you need well before your end date.
  • The newest AI lives inside its phone system. CallRevu says DylanAI, announced in January 2026, "is not a standalone tool or an optional add-on" but "a core feature of the CallRevu phone system" (announcement). If you want AI on the phones without changing phone systems, that matters.
  • Lead response grew through an acquisition. CallRevu bought Calldrip, a speed-to-lead company, in April 2026 and says it finished the integration "just 100 days after its acquisition" (CallRevu). Its virtual assistant answers new leads 24/7; CallRevu does not publish how long it keeps following up a lead that goes quiet.
  • Prices are not published, and public reviews are few. callrevu.com shows no prices. On Capterra it has three reviews averaging 4.3 out of 5, dated 2021 to 2024; the oldest, a 3-star review from a general manager in 2021, said "I cannot designate specific users who are recorded. It is tied to phone lines." (Capterra reviews)

DealFlo vs CallRevu at a glance

CallRevu and DealFlo both grade rep calls with AI, so the difference is not whether calls get scored. It is where the scoring lives and what happens next. CallRevu's scoring sits inside a communications stack built around its own phone system, alongside attribution, an AI receptionist and training tools. DealFlo's grading sits inside the lead: the system that answered the lead in under 30 seconds grades the rep's call against what the call was for, scores rapport, grades voicemails, posts the summary on the lead and has Riley's next text pick up where the call left off.

If you need call tracking, attribution or an AI receptionist, CallRevu covers jobs DealFlo does not. If you need every rep call coached in the context of that customer's whole conversation, and years of follow-up after it, that is DealFlo's job. See how DealFlo grades a call.

The best CallRevu alternatives

DealFlo is listed first because we make it. The others are ordered by how closely they match what CallRevu does, and each summary links to the vendor's own page.

1. DealFlo

Best for: Stores that want rep coaching and lead follow-up in one system, month-to-month

DealFlo is a lead-handling system, not a call-tracking vendor. Riley answers every new lead by text and email in under 30 seconds and follows up for up to three years, with a fresh angle each time. Every rep call is recorded, transcribed and graded against what the call was for, with a rapport score; voicemails get their own grade; managers get a leaderboard and the one line each rep should have said. See call grading.

Strengths

  • Grading sits inside the lead, so coaching sees the customer's whole conversation
  • Riley's next text picks up where the rep's call left off
  • Certified Cox Automotive partner with two-way VinSolutions; ADF lead intake for other CRMs
  • Month-to-month with no minimum term on the standard dealer agreement

Watch-outs

  • No AI voice agent or AI receptionist: calls ring your reps
  • No tracking numbers or ad attribution, so it does not replace a call-tracking vendor
  • Not in any OEM co-op program, and pricing is quoted per rooftop rather than published

2. Car Wars

Visit site

Best for: Stores that want a dealer-focused tracking platform with scorecards and a long CRM list

Car Wars, "a Call Box Innovation" in Dallas, will "Record all phone calls and text messages, whether on tracking lines or mobile phones" (product offerings). It runs a Mystery Shop Scorecard on every call, provides human-reviewed call recaps and sells Cari, a 24/7 AI receptionist and service scheduler. Its 2025 industry report analyzed "phone performance across thousands of dealerships."

Strengths

  • 4.9 out of 5 from 29 Capterra reviews
  • Named integrations with VinSolutions, eLead, DealerSocket, DriveCentric, CDK Drive, Tekion and Reynolds FOCUS
  • DNI website call tracking tied to ads, campaigns and keywords

Watch-outs

  • LLM call coaching comes with the CRISP Phone Training add-on and requires Car Wars Service
  • Term and termination fees sit in a separate, non-public Service Agreement
  • No published prices; Capterra lists "Contact vendor"

3. Marchex

Visit site

Best for: Multi-rooftop groups that want conversation analytics and attribution benchmarked by store

Marchex pairs call tracking and attribution with conversation intelligence and business texting. For dealers, its automotive page says "We analyze over 300 million dealer calls per year," and lists missed-opportunity alerts for sales and service, benchmarking across locations and a feed of conversation data into "your GA4, CRM, and CDP."

Strengths

  • Scale: over 300 million dealer calls a year analyzed, by its count
  • Missed-opportunity alerts for sales and service calls
  • Conversation data sent to GA4, the CRM and a CDP

Watch-outs

  • No prices on its homepage or automotive page
  • Its automotive page does not name the CRMs it connects to

4. Invoca

Visit site

Best for: Marketing teams that want attribution to the keyword plus AI scoring on every call

Invoca's automotive page promises "AI agents and revenue attribution for automotive." Its AI "analyzes 100% of calls to identify the specific agent or staff member and score their performance," and it adds an AI voice agent that answers and routes calls and an AI messaging agent that handles texts and appointment setting.

Strengths

  • Call attribution by channel, campaign, ad, keyword and website
  • AI scores every call and identifies the staff member
  • AI voice and messaging agents on one platform

Watch-outs

  • Quote-only pricing: every plan says "Get Your Quote"
  • Contract length and billing terms are not on its pricing page
  • Serves eight industries; automotive is one of them

5. TECOBI

Visit site

Best for: Stores that want AI texting and call scorecards at published prices, month-to-month

TECOBI is an AI texting and lead platform whose call tracking records calls, writes AI summaries and transcripts, reads sentiment and feeds "call score queues, scorecards" for coaching, with live listen, whisper and barge for managers. Its pricing page says "No long-term contract required" and lists $1,995 to $3,995 a month, plus a setup fee equal to one month on month-to-month terms.

Strengths

  • Prices published on its own site
  • Month-to-month option, with discounts for 3, 6 or 12-month commitments
  • "Unlimited AI call monitoring" on every plan

Watch-outs

  • One-time setup fee equal to a month's price on month-to-month terms
  • Text caps by plan, then a per-message overage
  • Its VinSolutions sync keeps automated messages and customer replies in TECOBI

6. Podium

Visit site

Best for: Stores that want a phone system, texting, reviews and an AI agent from one vendor

Podium sells VoIP phones that "Record and transcribe calls automatically with AI" (Phones), AI call summaries, texting, webchat and reviews, plus Jerry, an AI agent that answers leads and calls. It says "6,000+ dealerships trust Podium," and lists "AI Call Coaching" as a Service AI option on its plans page.

Strengths

  • Phones, texting, webchat and reviews in one inbox
  • AI recording, transcription and call summaries
  • In FordDirect's program; advertises GM, Ford and Stellantis partnership offers

Watch-outs

  • Default 12-month term that auto-renews, paid annually in advance
  • Non-renewal notice is due at least one month before the term ends
  • Coaching is listed only as a Service AI option, without detail

Where CallRevu still wins

CallRevu is strong in places DealFlo does not compete, and at some stores one of these settles the choice on its own.

  • OEM co-op. Its GM program is "Match Funds Eligible" and "iMR Approved for application of up to 100% fund utilization" (GM). Subaru retailers "can enroll directly with CallRevu and receive up to 50% co-op eligibility" (Subaru), Stellantis lists it as a Digital Certified call tracking provider (Stellantis), and it lists Honda, Acura and Volvo programs too (OEM). DealFlo is not in any OEM co-op program.
  • One vendor for phones and analytics. Connect is a hosted phone system with "mobile access, call recording, and live monitoring" and branded caller ID (Connect), and Optimize reports "90+ data points captured per call" across attribution, sentiment, scoring and multi-agent voice ID (Optimize).
  • An AI receptionist. DylanAI answers calls inside its phone system. DealFlo has no AI voice agent.
  • Training tools. TestTrack combines "AI-powered role-play" with an AI Mystery Shopper that "evaluates real-world call-handling performance using randomized customer scenarios without advance notice" (Develop), and CallCoach sends real-time coaching alerts by text or email.
  • Scale and a clear data policy. It says it is "Trusted by over 5,000 dealerships," and its AI policy states that "CallRevu does not use customer data to train artificial intelligence models" (AI Responsibility).

Who should stay on CallRevu

  • GM, Subaru and Stellantis stores that fund it through their OEM programs.
  • Stores that want one vendor for the phone system, tracking, scoring and training.
  • Stores that want an AI receptionist answering calls.
  • Marketing teams that rely on its call attribution reporting.

If your gap is coaching every rep inside the lead's full history and following up for years, that is where DealFlo fits, and it runs alongside what you already use.

How to switch from CallRevu without losing a lead

  1. Find your renewal date. Your initial term is in your Services Agreement, and CallRevu's terms renew each term automatically.
  2. Send written notice at least 60 days before the term ends. The terms require notice "a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the end of the Initial Term or any Renewal Term." Put the date on the calendar now, because missing it renews the term.
  3. Check which numbers you can take. The terms say "Client has all rights to tracking numbers" and may move them to another provider, unless you accepted a number "expressly stated as a non-transferable number."
  4. Export recordings and reports while your account is in good standing. Access to recordings, call logs and reporting is tied to good standing, so pull what you need early.
  5. Plan the phone system on its own timeline. If CallRevu Connect runs your phones, schedule that move separately from your software change.
  6. Start DealFlo during the notice period. DealFlo is month-to-month, so it can run alongside CallRevu until your term ends.
  7. Repoint lead routing. Send ADF lead emails from your lead sources or CRM to DealFlo; VinSolutions stores get the two-way certified integration.
  8. Load aged leads, turn on call grading, then cut over. Bring unsold and dead leads over for Riley to reactivate (dead lead reactivation), review the first week of graded calls with your managers, and cut over when the term ends.

How we compared

DealFlo wrote this page, and we make one of the products on it. We compared CallRevu and each alternative on the same twelve capabilities, using public sources only: vendor websites and terms, CallRevu's OEM program pages, the Stellantis Digital Certified provider list and Capterra listings. Everything was checked in September 2026 and is linked under Sources.

"Not published" means the vendor does not document the capability publicly; it does not mean the product lacks it. Third-party prices are labeled as such, and we left out G2 scores because we could not verify them on G2's own pages. If something here is wrong or has changed, contact us and we will correct it.

Frequently asked questions

Is CallRevu month-to-month?

Its public terms describe automatic renewal: each term renews "unless terminated upon written notice to the other party a minimum of sixty (60) days prior to the end" of that term. The initial term is set in a Services Agreement that is not public. DealFlo is month-to-month with no minimum term on its standard dealer agreement.

How much does CallRevu cost?

CallRevu does not publish prices on its website. Third-party listings on Capterra and Software Advice show a Basic plan at $99 per user per month with a free trial, a figure CallRevu does not confirm on its own site. Ask for a quote that separates phones, tracking and coaching.

Does CallRevu grade my salespeople's phone calls?

Yes. Its Optimize product uses "AI-powered call scoring and conversation intelligence," and Develop adds CallCoach alerts and AI role-play. DealFlo grades every rep call too; the difference is that DealFlo's grading sits inside the lead follow-up, with a rapport score, voicemail grading and Riley's next text continuing from the call.

Can DealFlo run alongside CallRevu?

Yes. DealFlo runs alongside what a store already uses and is month-to-month, so you can start it before you send your 60-day notice. If CallRevu is also your phone system, plan that move on its own timeline.

Does DealFlo have an AI voice agent?

No. Calls ring your reps, and DealFlo records, transcribes, grades and coaches them. CallRevu's DylanAI is an AI receptionist built into its phone system, so if AI answering the phone matters to you, that is a real difference.

Is CallRevu co-op eligible?

For some brands. CallRevu says its GM program is "iMR Approved for application of up to 100% fund utilization" and its Subaru program offers "up to 50% co-op eligibility," and Stellantis lists it as a Digital Certified call tracking provider. DealFlo is not in any OEM co-op program.
