Subprocessors
This page lists the third-party service providers (“subprocessors”) that DealFlo Inc (“DealFlo”) engages to help deliver the DealFlo Activate platform (the “Service”). It is the subprocessor list referenced in Section 5.3 of the Master Dealer Subscription Agreement and in our Privacy Policy. Each subprocessor receives only the data it needs to perform its function, under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
Customer data is never sold or shared for marketing. DealFlo uses these subprocessors solely to operate the Service for the dealership that owns the data. We do not sell, rent, or share customer leads, contacts, phone numbers, or message content with any third party, affiliate, or other dealership for marketing or competitive purposes. See Section 5.8 of the Master Dealer Subscription Agreement.
Current subprocessors
The following subprocessors may process Dealer Data and/or consumer personal information in the course of delivering the Service. All are located in the United States.
- Convex — database and backend application hosting. Stores Dealer accounts, leads, contacts, conversations, and configuration.
- Vercel — web application hosting and edge delivery. Processes application requests and serves the dashboard.
- Clerk — user authentication, identity, and session management for dealership users.
- Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing. Stores payment-method tokens; DealFlo does not store full card numbers.
- OpenAI — large-language-model inference used to generate and draft AI messages on the Dealer’s behalf. Processes conversation content.
- Twilio — SMS and MMS delivery, inbound messaging, and voice. Processes phone numbers and message content.
- Plivo — SMS and MMS delivery and inbound messaging. Processes phone numbers and message content.
- Telnyx — SMS and MMS delivery, inbound messaging, and voice/call services. Processes phone numbers, message content, and call audio.
- Resend — transactional and inbound email delivery. Processes email addresses and message content.
Changes to this list
DealFlo may add or replace subprocessors as the Service evolves. We will update this page and provide notice of material changes by email or in-app notification, consistent with Section 5.3 of the Master Dealer Subscription Agreement. The “Last updated” date above reflects the most recent change.
